| here at bamboo star studios, we are dedicated to helping all of our
clients design and create unique works that truly epitomize who
they are, and what they are looking for -- whether it be for their special day (wedding, baby shower or otherwise) or for their company's corporate identity. we customize each project
by working closely with the vision of our clients, and through open,
honest, friendly and professional communication, whether that be in
person or via phone and email. the creative process begins by analyzing and understanding our clients' personal needs through their goals, budget and overall vision. from there, we develop solutions and ideas to find the perfect fit. we start with a complimentary consultation in order for us to uncover and discuss these integral details, and to get a true feel for who our clients really are. in most cases, we will then be able to provide a price quote within one week (depending on the complexity of the project). once a client approves, and signs bamboo star studios' printing agreement, we get the ball rolling. prototypes are designed based around ideas generated from the discussions and meetings with clients, and returned for review... eventually getting narrowed down to the ultimate winner. a physical or digital proof is then sent for a final look. proofs are used to confirm layouts, spelling, dates, and punctuation, and clients are responsible to check their proofs carefully. (bamboo star studios is not responsible for any mistakes after the client approves the proofs.) once the proof approval is signed, we head to production! we work with you to do the best job possible to fit your time-line. with regards to invitations, from approval to delivery, our clients usually have to wait about one month for their completed items. it might be tough, but we promise it's always worth it! |  |
